Recently I was invited to be a keynote speaker at my college alma mater Carroll University.  What an honor and I was nervous.  I was led to share with the diverse student body about the need to discover, nurture, and share your purpose.  This is a life long journey but can be achieve with intentional focus.

I often challenge people to share what is your purpose? How are you nurturing the discovered purpose?  What would it take for you to share your purpose with others?
