Your Satisfaction is our Goal
Your satisfaction with KnolShare is our goal. If you are not satisfied for any reason then you can ask for a refund within 90 Days of your purchase date.
A Refund Means Cancellation of your Subscription
Asking for a refund means terminating your subscription with KnolShare and requesting the return of your money. Please be aware that Webinars are non-refundable.
Full Refund Only
You can only ask for a full refund of all your payments for the complete subscription. We do not process partial refunds.
- If you are an annual subscriber we will refund your yearly subscription payment.
- If you are a monthly subscriber we will refund your monthly subscription payment.
Returning your Money
We will attempt to refund your money in the same way that you paid us. However, as a general rule, credit card companies only allow a refund in this way for up to 90 days and PayPal only allows 60 days. If you ask for a refund after 60/90 days, then we will work with you to send you a check, money order or find another way to refund you. Please be patient.
Your Account will become Inactive
As part of the refund process we will deactivate your account and you will no longer be able to download learning content from KnolShare.org.
Refunds -- PDU and SEU Claims
Please do not claim any PDUs and SEUs for the Webinars that were refunded to you. Doing so would be unethical and in contradiction of The PMI Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct. We reserve the right to communicate refunds to PMI to ensure that everyone follows ethical behavior.
If you wish to still claim your PDUs and SEUs, do not request a refund. Simply cancel your subscription when your subscription is due for renewal. If you have a monthly subscription cancel before the next month and if you have a yearly subscription cancel before the next yearly cycle begins.
How to Get Your Refund
Please write to firstname.lastname@example.org and simply ask for a refund. Please tell us the First Name, Last Name and Email Address on your account. It may take up to 5-business days to complete your request. Please be patient.
