Staying the course requires a certain amount of grit to with stand the desire to run in the opposite direction.  The agile adoption and transformation is not for the faint of heart.  A certain amount of resilience is needed to endure the naked truth revealed about an organization as the agile adoption and transformation journey goes forward. My encouragement is to keep up the good fight and learn fast to ensure that you are delivering value for the organization and the people involved on the journey to something amazing.
