Agile Liftoff Lab Coaching Included

Description

Course Duration with Coaching: 4 hours

The Agile Liftoff Lab introduces agile concepts, frameworks, and practices through instructor-led  interactions, simulations, and videos to create an experiential learning environment.  The practices introduced in the Lab is applicable to any domain (IT, Marketing, HR, Operations, etc.) involved with value delivery.

Virtual Coaching: 2-hours of virtual coaching included to answer questions and provide guidance on concepts.  Time is scheduled to meet virtually.

• Use Kanban to deliver finished work
• Develop working agreements to improve teamwork
